5 tips to enhance your effects on hCG

1. Please do utilize exercise

A small dose of resistance training puts the body in an anabolic state.  As muscle building becomes a priority, the body tends to better utilize fat and not let muscle get used for energy.  This effect with hCG creates a more targeted weight loss.

2. No alcohol

We are not saying that drinking alcoholic beverages is bad; however, it does interfere.  Alcohol induces detoxification and this can interfere.  More importantly, alcohol literally slows and stops fat metabolism.  The whole intent here is to increase the metabolism of fat and maintain this physiological shift.

3. Do not cheat

You may think that “little bit” of ice cream, or a cracker won’t matter.  The fact is, it draws your body away from fat utilization.  High glycemic index carbohydrates will shift you away from fat loss.  When you gain weight, you become a predominantly carbohydrate burner.  We want you to be a fat burner.

4. Keep stress minimized

It is not worth it.  More cortisol likely means less results.  At least don’t dwell on stress and find ways to alleviate some of it.

5. SLEEP

It is imperative that you get enough quality sleep.  If you do not wake rested and refreshed, then you did not sleep well.  This has to be addressed.  Seven and one half hours is the goal, not much more or less.
