40 lbs weight loss on hCG and off allergy medication

I would recommend the Austin Wellness Clinic to anyone who needs to get healthy (and I have to many friends and colleagues).

When we (my husband and I) arrived for our first appointment I was not sure what to expect, I had been on many diets and was never successful after the initial diet ended. The staff at the Austin Wellness Clinic was professional and very helpful. They made it very clear that their first priority was to help you regain health and through this process weight loss and life long management of weight would happen naturally.

I have always suffered from numerous allergies and lived with rashes, itching, sneezing, congestion, gastrointestinal complications, etc. ect., ect. Once I knew the foods to avoid I immediately began to feel better. In fact I have gotten off all of the allergy medication and only take a natural supplement to help with environmental allergies. This has been the easiest Cedar Fever season in many years.

The combination of eating the proper foods and exercise quickly produced weight loss and within 12 weeks both my husband and I lost 40 pounds. The most amazing thing is that since we have finished the program each of us have maintained and in fact have lost another 5 to 6 pounds. We finished in mid November and have maintained and lost the additional weight over the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays which included a week-long vacation to California.

We are both very grateful to the Clinic for helping us to see the benefits of health and not just a number on a scale.
